چکیده
In this survey we deal with transcendental meromorphic and entire functions. We thoroughly discuss in context close relations between topological pressure conformal measures for geometric potentials. For two more special classes of functions, namely dynamically semi-regular those the class \(\mathcal {D}\) that have negative spectrum, then also discuss, by means appropriate transfer (or Perron-Frobenius) operator, corresponding thermodynamic formalism such It holds its full classical version. At end hyperbolic dimension, Bowen’s Formula, real analyticity Hausdorff dimension.

Geometric Rigidity for the Class S of Transcendental Meromorphic Functions
We consider all the transcendental meromorphic functions from the class S whose Julia set is a Jordan curve. We show that then the Julia set is either a straight line or its Hausdorff dimension is strictly larger than 1.

Let f : C → C be a meromorphic function. We study the size of the maximal disc in C with respect to spherical metric, in which a singlevalued branch of f−1 exists. The problem is related to normality and type criteria. Best possible lower estimates of the size of such discs are obtained for entire functions and a class of meromorphic functions containing all elliptic functions. An estimate for ...

Every transcendental meromorphic function f in the plane which has only three critical values satisfies lim inf r→∞ T (r, f) log r ≥ √ 3
متن کاملGeometric Rigidity for Class S of Transcendental Meromorphic Functions Whose Julia Sets Are Jordan Curves
We consider any transcendental meromorphic function f of Class S whose Julia set is a Jordan curve. We show that the Julia set of f either is an extended straight line or has Hausdorff dimension strictly greater than 1. The proof uses conformal iterated function systems and extends many earlier results of this type.
متن کاملGeometric Thermodynamical Formalism and Real Analyticity for Meromorphic Functions of Finite Order
Working with well chosen Riemannian metrics and employing Nevanlinna’s theory, we make the thermodynamical formalism work for a wide class of hyperbolic meromorphic functions of finite order (including in particular exponential family, elliptic functions, cosine, tangent and the cosine–root family and also compositions of these functions with arbitrary polynomials). In particular, the existence...
